Can I talk to you in English?
Yes. Message us on WhatsApp in English and we reply in English.
How far in advance should I contact you?
As soon as you have the date. Tell us the event date in your first message and we confirm whether it fits our schedule.
Do you deliver to the venue?
Box truss backdrops are installed and removed at the venue by our team. For everything else, tell us the venue and we confirm delivery in the quote. Outside São Paulo, it depends on the location.
Can I send my own artwork?
Yes. Send your files and we check them before printing. If you only have a logo, we adapt the design for each piece.
Is there a minimum order?
T-shirts start at 10 pieces. For other items it depends on the product, and we tell you in the quote.
How does payment work?
Payment terms and invoicing are confirmed in the quote, before anything goes into production.
